Vision, mission, programs, activities and the core values of CRS-ITB.
Researches and Publications
CRS-ITB conducts several research and development activities regularly, e.g. land use and land cover classification, instruments and software development (handheld spectroradiometer, etc.), establishment of spectral characteristics library, development of image processing methods and techniques, and many other remote sensing applications application in various purposes.
CRS-ITB also actively participates in a number of symposium and conferences, both regional and internationally. In addition, CRS-ITB also hosts numerous activities, such as seminars, workshops and public lecture (stadium generale) involving various academician and practitioners.

A number of international cooperation engaging various overseas institutions has also been established: Center for Environmental Remote Sensing (CEReS), Chiba University, Japan; Department of Landscape Ecology and GIS, Faculty of Agriculture, Tottori University, Japan; Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences, Japan; Faculty of Anthropology, Stanford University, USA; etc.
